Sourcing with Living Ikon is not a listing service. We are not an intermediary sending your brief to factories and waiting for quotes. We are an active, on-the-ground partner who manages the full sourcing process on your behalf — from factory matching through to finished product ready for export.
OUR SOURCING CAPABILITY
We manage product sourcing across all categories of indoor furniture — living, dining, and bedroom — in solid timber, mixed media, and upholstery.
Factory Matching
Not every factory is right for every product. We match each brief to the right partner in our network based on material, construction method, volume, and timeline — ensuring the best outcome from day one, not after a failed trial.

Our factory network is curated and maintained over many years. We know which factories do what well, where their constraints are, and which relationships will deliver the reliability our clients expect.

Material Sourcing
We source solid timbers and veneers including Ash, Oak, Acacia, Teak, Walnut, Pine, Eucalypt, Blackwood, Messmate, and Mountain Ash — sourced locally in Vietnam and through managed international supply chains.

Mixed materials including metal, glass, stone, terrazzo, marble, composites, and woven finishes are also within our sourcing scope.

All materials are responsibly sourced through traceable supply chains, with documentation available on request.

Competitive Pricing
Our long-standing factory relationships and consistent purchase volumes give our partners access to pricing that independent buyers cannot match. We negotiate on your behalf — and we are transparent about how.

We do not mark up materials or services without disclosure. What you pay is what the brief costs to execute well.

Specification Management
We translate your brief into a factory-ready specification — dimensions, materials, finishes, tolerances, and packaging — and manage that specification throughout production to ensure the product you ordered is the product you receive.

Specification management is where most sourcing problems are prevented. We take it seriously.
