HOW WE HANDLE EXPORT
Full Container Load (FCL) Shipments
We operate exclusively with full container load shipments — 20ft and 40ft. This keeps your costs predictable, your products secure, and your supply chain straightforward.

We pack containers professionally to maximise space efficiency and minimise transit risk. Every load is documented and tracked from factory gate to port departure.

Incoterms — Your Terms, Clearly Defined
We work under internationally recognised Incoterms to ensure both parties have a clear, agreed understanding of who is responsible for what at every point in the supply chain.

Common terms we work to:

  • FOB (Free on Board) — you take responsibility from the port of loading
  • CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) — we cover freight and insurance to your destination port
  • EXW (Ex Works) — you arrange collection from our designated point

We’ll recommend the right Incoterm structure for your situation and ensure all documentation aligns accordingly.

Export Documentation
We prepare and coordinate all required export documentation, including:

  • Commercial invoices and packing lists
  • Bills of lading
  • Certificates of origin
  • Fumigation certificates (where required)
  • Compliance and testing documentation
Freight Forwarding Coordination
We work with trusted freight forwarding partners to manage shipping schedules, bookings, and routing. We keep you informed of vessel schedules, ETDs, and ETAs so your receiving logistics can be planned accurately.

TIMELINE TRANSPARENCY
Production timelines are confirmed at order placement. We communicate proactively — you don’t need to chase us for updates. If a timeline is at risk, we tell you before it becomes a problem.

Standard production lead times range from 45 to 90 days depending on product complexity and factory capacity. We confirm accurate timelines for each order at the quoting stage.

CONTAINER PLANNING & CONSOLIDATION
For buyers building up to a full container, we can advise on how to structure orders efficiently — combining products and categories to maximise container utilisation and reduce per-unit freight cost.
